Project Description:	Project includes the renovation of the existing Cary St. Gym along with a new building addition to become a state-of-the-art fitness and recreation facility. Total gross square footage of the renovated and newly constructed area is 29,500 sf and 107,200 sf, respectively.

Special Notes:	The current bid date is for Structural Steel Package Only. Pricing must be separated between renovated and new construction areas. Small, Women, & Minority (SWaM) participation should be considered with submission of bids. The project will include an ultimate goal of a “silver” LEED certification, in accordance with the U.S. Green Building Council. Please reference bid documents for specific details.

Project Description:	Construct new approximately 900 car structural precast parking deck at Byrd and 5th Streets. Project skin involves both cast-in as well as field laid masonry products. Elements of curtainwall systems and decorative metals complete the façade of the building
